Class Policies


RESERVATIONS
Classes are reserved on a first come, first served basis. To reserve a space in the class we must have full payment of class fee by check, cash, credit or debit card.   If payment is made by credit card or debit card, any refund as stated below will be given as cash or check.

SUPPLIES
Make sure you get your supply list when you sign up.  Supplies, if requested, should be brought to your class unless otherwise noted.  Please have all required supplies before class begins.

CANCELLATION
If you are unable to attend a class for any reason, please notify us at least 5 business days prior to class day to receive a refund, store credit or transfer to another class taught by the same teacher.   Class transfers can only be made one time.  If we cancel a class, we will notify you at the phone number provided when you signed up and issue a refund.  Please remember that no one will call to remind you prior to class.   No-shows will not be eligible for rescheduling, store credit or refund.

A FEW ADDITIONAL MATTERS
Please be familiar with your machine, know how to fill bobbins, and have an overall general knowledge of sewing.  This is to keep the class moving at the right pace.  We do offer private lessons.  Please contact the shop if you are interested.

Please be considerate of fellow students and instructors, no children or visitors during class and refrain from wearing fragrances.

Please arrive a few minutes early to your class in order to set up so that class may begin on time.
